FUCHS Lubricants Co. Partners with KCF Technologies

FUCHS Lubricants Co. has announced a strategic partnership with KCF Technologies, an equipment monitoring company. This collaboration combines FUCHS’ expertise in lubricants with KCF’s real-time monitoring technology, to boost proactive reliability and operational efficiency in industrial environments. Together, FUCHS and KCF will enable customers to take control of their equipment health, extend asset life, and optimise total cost of ownership.

“Historically, coordinating analysis of lubrication-related failures is put entirely on the customer to coordinate between their reliability teams, lubrication experts, and monitoring solution provider. Our partnership aims to create a higher level of service that will allow for the collaboration of Subject Matter Experts from each key member of the resolution team, reducing the time to resolution and allowing the customer to focus on higher-level problem-solving. Freeing up time for manufacturers to focus on what matters,” said Kevin Vincent, Senior Vice President of KCF Technologies.

“By combining our formulation expertise with KCF’s real-time machine data, we’re helping customers move beyond reactive maintenance to truly predictive performance. It’s a strategic advantage that reflects our commitment to exceeding customer expectations,” remarked Megan O’Meara, President of FUCHS North America.

“At KCF, our mission is to eliminate unplanned downtime across industry—and we can’t do that without addressing lubrication head-on. This partnership with FUCHS unites world-class lubrication services with our real-time machine health technology to empower manufacturers to act earlier, smarter, and with greater confidence than ever before,” said Dr. Jeremy Frank, CEO of KCF Technologies.

“Both companies share a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer success. FUCHS’ dedication to developing advanced, application-specific lubricants is matched by KCF’s focus on delivering actionable machine health insights through cutting-edge technology,” remarked Hendrik Noth, Vice President of Specialty Sales at FUCHS. KCF Technologies, founded in 2000 in Pennsylvania, is a machine health optimization company that offers an Artificial Intelligence Machine Health Platform. Their solution combines real-time analytics, machine learning, and SMART diagnostics software to empower businesses to take the right actions at the right time, ensuring optimal machine performance.
