Klüber Lubrication joins forces with OKS

Klüber Lubrication and OKS Spezialschmierstoffe, two providers of speciality lubricants have joined forces under the umbrella of Freudenberg Chemical Specialities (FCS), a subsidiary of the Freudenberg Group. Both brands will continue to operate independently with their established focus areas. By pooling their strengths, OKS and Klüber aim to create a more resilient joint organization and to better align their individual capabilities in sales, production, and research and development.

Klüber will further consolidate its position as an OEM partner across numerous industries while expanding its engineering expertise and global presence. OKS, in turn, will reinforce its market position in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), broaden its international distribution partner network, and further strengthen its research and development capabilities through the merger.

“We aim to serve our customers from a single source,” said Dr Wolfgang Sammer, Executive Vice President Sales/Marketing at Klüber Lubrication. “This ensures that our customers benefit from a unified offering that simplifies procurement and enhances service continuity.”

“Combining OKS’s expertise with technical trade partners and Klüber’s global sales infrastructure and organizational scale, opens up new avenues for growth and tailored solutions worldwide,” added Diana Stirner, CEO of OKS.
