MAG Lubricants Scales Up Production to fuel its Global Expansion

At MAG Lubricants, technological excellence isn’t just a benchmark — it’s engineered into our DNA. As a globally trusted lubrication partner powering performance across 65 countries, MAG Lubricants blends innovation, precision, and science to deliver next-generation lubrication solutions— for a world that demands more. Every lubricant we formulate is rigorously tested and validated in our ISO 17025–accredited laboratory, where precision driven protocols ensure that each batch meets—or exceeds—the world’s most demanding industry standards.

To power its global growth, MAG Lubricants has expanded its production capacity from 80,000 to 120,000 metric tonnes per annum, reinforcing its position as a trusted global supplier of automotive, industrial, and marine lubricants. This strategic expansion, executed at the company’s state-of-the-art, fully automated facility in National Industries Park, Dubai, marks a significant milestone in MAG Lubricants’ journey toward becoming one of the most agile and future-ready players in the global lubricants landscape.

“This expansion marks a pivotal step in our mission to deliver best-in-class, high-performance lubricants for wider export demand. It also allows us to meet the growing blending needs of multinational giants that continue to place their trust in MAG Lubricants as a global supply partner,” said the company’s Founder & CEO, Mr. Mahmoud Al Theraawi.

With this expansion, MAG Lubricants is better equipped to support its ever-growing network of 110 international distributors across 65 countries and to broaden the availability of its API, ACEA, and JASO-certified formulations across key global markets. This milestone further enables MAG Lubricants to respond more effectively to the evolving demands of high-performance EV, hybrid, and conventional automotive applications—as well as marine fleets and a wide range of industrial applications—while solidifying its position as a strategic supply partner across Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
