Rymax Lubricants has launched the Rymax Posidon XP Range, expanding its portfolio of passenger car engine oils. With a growing demand for oils that match the latest engine technologies, Posidon XP is produced to meet the needs of both individual drivers and professional workshops seeking reliable, high-quality lubricants.

“Poisdon XP is suitable for modern engines produced from 2020 onwards, and a top choice in markets where API and ILSAC standards guide oil selection. This is because it is API SP registered and complies with the ILSAC GF-6specification, meaning it represents the latest in engine oil performance, including improved protection for turbocharged gasoline direct injection (TGDI) engines, better fuel efficiency, and enhanced durability for timing chains,” said Rymax Lubricants.

The API SP and ILSAC GF-6specifications are widely recognized and recommended by leading vehicle manufacturers, such as North American Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), including Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler, who specify these standards for their latest gasoline engines. Japanese manufacturers, such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, and Subaru, who meet these requirements, as well as Korean Original Equipment Manufacturers, including Hyundai and Kia, similarly recommend oils that meet API SP and ILSAC GF-6 standards for optimal performance.

“Posidon XP provides a balanced combination of engine protection and cost-efficiency since it is designed to perform alongside premium oils while remaining affordable, thus offering reliability without compromising on quality, making it an ideal solution for customers who want value and longevity in one product,” added Rymax Lubricants.

The Posidon XP range has multiple grades to suit various engine requirements. Current offerings are 5W-40, 5W-30, 5W-20, 10W-30, and 10W-40. Additional grades, such as 0W-20 and 0W-30, will be introduced in the coming months. The Rymax Posidon XP range is developed to offer a balance, by providing a reliable and cost-effective solution for drivers seeking API-approved oil for their modern vehicles. .
