STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

SK Enmove, HF Sinclair Announce Group III Agreements

SK Enmove has entered into strategic agreements with HF Sinclair’s Lubricants & Specialties segment to strengthen the supply and distribution of Group III base oils across North America.

Under the multi-year agreements, SK Enmove will supply premium Group III base oils directly to HF Sinclair’s finished lubricant product lines, a move expected to improve supply chain reliability while supporting SK Enmove’s growth in the North American market.

The agreement also appoints HF Sinclair’s Lubricants & Special-ties segment as the exclusive distributor of SK Enmove’s YUBASE Group III base oils across key North American markets. The arrangement will give YUBASE access to HF Sinclair’s established sales and logistics network, enabling customers to receive more responsive and reliable service.

SK Enmove CEO Jay Kim was reported as saying that the agreements would strengthen the company’s North American footprint by establishing a reliable route to market, while leveraging HF Sinclair’s extensive logistics capabilities.

Meanwhile, HF Sinclair Senior Vice President Matthew Joyce described the long-term supply agreements as a significant milestone, noting that its existing network would support the expansion of YUBASE in the region.

The companies said the partnership is expected to generate operational synergies, mutual growth, and greater value for customers through high-quality lubricant solutions. .
