RelaDyne Acquires Dion and Sons

ACQUISITION

RelaDyne, a lubricant distributor and service provider of fuel, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), and industrial reliability, has acquired Dion and Sons, Inc.,

Dion and Sons, Inc., founded in 1930, is a Southern California petroleum distributor serving the region’s fuel and lubricant needs as well as an industrial reliability services provider spanning a wide range of geographies and customer end-markets. Since its founding, the company has grown from a local supplier into a full-service provider supporting transportation, construction, manufacturing, municipalities, and specialty markets. With seven distribution facilities across Southern California, Dion and Sons delivers reliable service to customers throughout the region.

“Dion and Sons is thrilled to join the RelaDyne team,” said Jason Hurrell, Executive Director and General Manager. “RelaDyne is such a great fit for our people and our customers. By joining the RelaDyne team, our employees will be able to grow personally and professionally, and benefit from RelaDyne’s programs and scale. This will allow Dion and Sons to serve our customers with a larger selection of quality products and services that we could not have done alone. This acquisition will allow us to better serve our customers through a larger product offering and higher levels of service.”
